The Spanish Wells community is accessed from three different gates. All homeowners, their guests and any vendors they use must be registered in Dwelling Live. All drivers must have a valid driver's license to enter the community.
The main gate is located on
Bonita Beach Blvd. It is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
The Marbella gate is about a half mile
east of the main gate on Bonita Beach Blvd. The gate is not staffed. Use the main gate if necessary.
The Cordova gate is located on
old Hwy 41 about a mile south of
Bonita Beach Blvd. It's staffed from
8:00 am until 4:00 pm 7 days per week.**
