Please be advised that as of October 04, 2023, the Spanish Wells Community Association, Master Homeowners’ Association of Spanish Wells Golf & Country Club fees are:

 

1. The Resale Capital Contribution for each Real Estate Transaction is $2500.00

 

   2. The monthly 2024 assessment – collected by the Sub HOA – is $210.50
