Summit Broadband Launches New Bulk Services at Spanish Wells!                         

Dear Resident,
Great news! Soon, all Spanish Wells residents will enjoy the following new services as part of their
monthly association fees:


1000 Mbps X 1000 Mbps (Download/Upload) Internet service – includes Wi-Fi 6E router NEW!
1 Wi-Fi Extender, if needed.


What Residents Need to Do
The installation of Summit Broadband Internet and DIRECTV STREAM services to each individual
home will begin February 8th, 2024. To schedule your installation, please follow the below listed
steps in order.


On February 6th, 2024, or after, contact us at 1.877.678.6648 to schedule your standard, no-charge,
installation of your new services. Make sure that you have received your DIRECTV STREAM high definition digital receivers prior to scheduling your installation. (There will also be on-site events for
owners to schedule their installations, see above.). Summit installations in homes/condos will begin
on February 8th. The Summit Broadband technician will install your DIRECTV STREAM high definition digital receivers, as a courtesy, and will install all NEW Summit Broadband equipment.


Unit Owner and/or their authorized representative MUST be in the unit at the time of installation to
show ID and provide signature. Summit Broadband is not authorized to move any furniture or
customer owned equipment. Residents are to make the necessary access to their own equipment
connections (back of TV, power outlets, etc.) upon installer arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions


Question: I will not be at my residence during the scheduled installation timeframe of the new Summit
Broadband services. How should I proceed?


Answer: If you will be returning to your home after February 6th, 2024, simply contact us at
1.877.678.6648, after you have received your DIRECT STREAM equipment, to schedule your
installation. The free standard installation will be available through February 1st, 2025.


Question: Do I have to wait until I receive my DIRECTV STREAM high-definition digital receiver(s)
before I can start streaming TV services?


Answer: No need to wait. As soon as you complete the DIRECTV STREAM registration process, you
can immediately start streaming services via the DIRECTV STREAM app, Smart Mobile Phones,
Smart TVs, and eligible streaming devices (e.g. Amazon Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, etc.)


Question: Am I able to take my DIRECTV STREAM high-definition digital receivers with me when I
leave for the season?


Answer: Yes. You can make up to 3 complimentary address changes per calendar year, which will
ensure you will receive your local programming wherever you call home.


Question: During the DIRECTV STREAM registration process, is there anything that I should be
aware of that may cause an issue?


Answer: DIRECTV STREAM registration requires the use of an email that is not currently, or
historically, associated with any other DIRECTV / AT&T account. If you need to create a new email
account, DIRECTV recommends establishing a Google email (Gmail) account for optimal integration.
